This plugin is for users based tax setup for woo-commerce. In Woocommerce, we have defined the tax based on shipping methods and products. But the client wants he wants taxes based on customers. So I create one custom field inside our user’s profile page and shows all taxes in the dropdown.

In user’s profiles, you have options to select the tax based on customers and update the user’s profiles.
